Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the following working day.

We work with Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Tracked deliveries include real-time updates and a delivery window notification sent directly to your phone or email on the day of delivery.

🕐 Order Cut-Off & Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next working day
- During busy periods (sales, holidays), dispatch may take up to 2 working days
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

💡 Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
📅 Delivery During Bank Holidays
Royal Mail, Evri and DPD may not operate on UK Bank Holidays. If you place an order around a bank holiday, please allow an extra 1–2 working days for delivery.

- Check with neighbours — couriers sometimes leave parcels nearby
